All returns must also include the purchaser’s name, address and e-mail.
We offer a full refund on all purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days of purchase. We also offer an exchange on all garments returned within 7 days.
Any items returned after 14 days will be refused and returned to you.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sale along with Christmas & New Year processing may take longer.
We can only exchange items for a different size or colour (depending on availability); if a different item is required a separate order will have to be made.
For hygiene reasons unfortunately we cannot accept returns on swimwear products.
Please note, that the customer is liable for the postage costs to return an item unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. In the unlikely event that you do receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you in order to arrange this. However we cannot accept liability or comment on an item until it has been returned and assessed and confirmed as faulty.
